Cyberpunk Weapon Mods

So you’ve decided to hop into Cyberpunk 2077? Let me show you around the Cyberpunk weapon mods you can find! All of these mods are able to be found by looting defeated enemies, searching containers, or purchased at Weapon Shops around Night City!

I like this, this seems like a pretty solid chunk of time for reduced damage, even if it isn’t the biggest damage reduction in the world, it’s still a long period of assistance. I’m curious to know what the cooldown is and how long it will be if there even is a cooldown?

I think most of these mods are okay at best, most of them don’t really seem to add too much, but I am curious to see exactly how the Hyakume color change works. What’s the range on the detection for the color change? I guess I’ll just have to unlock it and see for myself! Next up, muzzle mods!

I don’t really understand the difference between these two muzzle mods. They seem like….the exact same thing? I don’t know, maybe I’m missing something, but it looks to be just visual differences between the two.

Using Cyberpunk Weapon Mods

Unfortunately, mods don’t work the same way that attachments do. Once a mod is equipped, you can’t take it out. You can replace the mod with another, but this will destroy the previously equipped mod, so make sure you’ve got a couple extra copies before you test out a new one. You can get around this, however, by utilizing the crafting Perk “Waste Not Want Not.”

Obtaining Cyberpunk Weapon Mods

The weapon attachments and mods currently available in the game are available for purchase at their respective vendors. If you’re looking for ranged weapon mods, go to a Gun Vendor and if you’re looking for mods for melee weapons, you can find them at Melee Weapon Vendors!

You can also obtain attachments and mods from looting defeated enemies as well as containers around the environment. So keep a lookout for any spicy mods or attachments you can find! If you’ve got the recipe as well as the required components, you can also craft attachments and mods yourself! This is probably the best way to get yourself attachments and mods especially if you’re investing your skill points into Technical and Crafting!

Well, that’s about all we’ve got about Cyberpunk weapon mods, how to obtain them, as well as how to use them with your preferred weaponry! Let us know what mods you’ve found, crafted, or bought and what you think of them!
