Recently, there was a huge Nvidia leak that revealed many games that have not been announced. Amongst these games was Halo 5 for PC. However, the developer, 343 Industries, has confirmed that they have no plans to launch Halo 5 on PC.
Maybe this was for “H5:Forge” but I can confirm there are no plans to bring H5 to PC. We know there’s some demand for it, but as we’ve stated before, not in the cards as the studio is fully focused on Infinite and MCC. Will never say never, but nothing underway currently

Nvidia has made comments about the list and has stated that the list consisted of “speculative titles, used only for internal tracking and testing.” So, the leaked games may never actually come to fruition.
Halo 5: Forge was released on PC in 2016 for free, which included the Forge map editor and multiplayer support for custom games. However, the game’s campaign nor the full multiplayer matchmaking has been actually released for PC, which is what the leak was referring to.
At the moment, 343 is currently working on Halo Inifinite, which launched on December, as well as ongoing support for The Master Chief Collection.
Keep in mind that Brian did say that 343 acknowledged the demand for Halo 5 for PC and to “never say never.” But if Halo 5 does come to PC, it will be some time after Halo Infinite.
At the moment, Halo fans will have Halo Infinite to look forward to, which is releasing on December 8, 2021, after being delayed due to criticisms to the game’s graphics. There were rumours that it will be delayed to 2022, but it seems that 343 Industries is dead set on releasing the game this year.
