343 has released seven Halo Infinite screenshots/art pieces for their February update. Along with the screenshots, we finally know the name of the ringworld upon which Halo Infinite will take place.
Welcome to Zeta Halo.

WE’RE GOIN’ BACK, BAYBEE. Well, we’ve known that for a while. But still, it’s exciting to see it. I’ve never been one for First Person Shooters, but I grew up on Halo and will always love it. I’m stoked.

The good ol’ Warthog, crewed by some Marines who are pretty much guaranteed to die. Halo Marines are the video game equivalent to Star Trek red shirts. Halo Marines, and anyone in Gears of War games named Carmine.

Here is some concept art of what looks like a run down debriefing room. The holo-table shows a model of Zeta Halo in an alien script, so one can assume that this particular room will actually be on the Zeta Halo installation.

This one looks like it might be some sort of command outpost. It has what looks like a series of windows lining the top ‘floor’, and an assumed guard shack on the right. It may even house the room in the previous screenshot.

Day and night cycles are going to be introduced into the Halo series in Halo Infinite. I wonder if this will also affect the enemies that will spawn, like in many other games.

The most exciting thing about this screenshot is that the bottom right shows what looks like a grenade count. And it the left icon of the two is a spike grenade, returning from Halo ODST and Halo 3, I’m going to be happy. Also, the sniper rifle is always a win.

Here we see the update Banshee models, colored with the red of the Banished faction.
