How to Get Gifts in Tower of Fantasy

Published:

In Tower of Fantasy, you will meet a lot of new characters and some will join you as Simulacras. If some see a Simulacra just as a weapon, others may want to get to know them better. And even give them gifts. Here’s how to get gifts in Tower of Fantasy.

What are Gifts in Tower of Fantasy For?

To awaken your characters in Tower of Fantasy you need to give them gifts. It’s a pretty simple relationship system that will allow you to get to know the characters. The only catch is that gifts can be of different categories. For example, there are Toys, Collectibles, Everyday Items, and so on. And each character has a preference.

Gifts come in three rarities: green, blue, and purple. The higher the rarity, the more Awakening Points it will give to your character. Although with a bit of traveling, you can get your hands on quite a lot of gifts in Tower of Fantasy.

Claude in Banges

The first vendor you can buy gifts from is Claude. He is located in Banges on the lower floor. He offers quite a few gifts of a green rarity for 500 gold each. You can buy up to two gifts of each kind and his wares refresh every week.

It’s not the best place to get gifts in Tower of Fantasy but when it’s cheap and easy, then might as well get a bunch.

Hopkin’s Mystery Box in Black Market

You might have already met Hopkins during the story. He is the main guy when it comes to Black Market. And every day you can come over to open a Mystery Box. The box can give you various items including gifts.

Claw Machine on Cetus Island

Once you progress in the story far enough, you will reach Cetus Island. It’s a floating platform that is basically an amusement park. There you can find a Strange Gadget and play Magic Claw. Just like in an arcade claw machine you need to grab items with a claw and get them to a safe place.

You get three plays per day. Each lasts a minute for you to manage to get yourself something. And just like an actual arcade machine, it can be a complete pain to grab an item. But if you do, you’ll get a gift you can give your characters.

Crystal Dust Store

For spending your vitality in activities like Joint Operations, which you probably will end up doing a lot to farm equipment and matrixes, you will get Crystal Dust the next day you log in. You can spend it on quite a few things in Crystal Dust Store in the “Commissary” menu.

There is equipment, boosters, and gift boxes. Both blue and purple rarities. The best thing about these boxes is that you can choose what gift you want. Use the gift box in the inventory and select the gift of a category your character likes. If you are looking to get tons of gifts in Tower of Fantasy, this is the best option.

Points Store

Further down in the “Commissary” menu you can also find a Points Store. There you can spend Training Points in a similar manner you can spend Crystal Dust. There are data packs, weapon batteries, and gift boxes of all three rarities for you to buy.

If you are low on Training Points, go to the “Adventure” (Crossed Swords icon on the top right), then “Challenge”. There you will find a “Training” activity. Each training is basically a minigame. There’s hunting, football, flying, and more. You will also encounter training modules in the open world when exploring.
