The fastest way to level up Perception in Escape from Tarkov is by looting as much as you possibly can. Open stashes, bags, and drawers, then examine the items if needed and put them in your inventory.
This by far is the best method to level up Perception. You don’t have to hold on to the items you found. Discard them if you don’t need them or doing this purely for leveling purposes.
