Apex Legends Patch Notes released this week, Lifeline will be resized, making changes to her legs and waist. Inside the Dev Notes, they commented that ‘Lifeline excels in gunfights given her small hitbox.’ With Lifeline being the only healer in the game, she’s one of the most played legends, no other legend has the ability to heal a downed teammate while simultaneously defending them.
Genesis Collection Event
The new patches and limited-time Genesis Collection Event will be running from June 29, 2021, to July 13th, 2021 with a throwback to the OG Kings Canyon and Worlds Edge maps from season 3. Earlier this month, Apex Legends was hinting to us on Twitter of Skull Town. Now we know it was because we’ll be getting a Skull Town added to the 3v3 Arenas game mode.
Genesis Collection Event Includes:
- Reward Track – earnable cosmetics
- 24 themed LMT cosmetics
- 1,600 points per day
- Revenant’s Heirloom
- Genesis Collection events packs
- LMT store offers
- Arena updates
- Map updates
Altogether, Apex Legends patch notes had a fair amount of new updates. With details about Legend balance patches, like Octane’s launchpad getting a higher cooldown rate from 60 seconds to 90 seconds, to a few weapons balance updates including the increased hip fire spread for the Spitfire and more.
We will soon get to play in the LMT Genesis Collection Event, the old and new Apex Legends are getting a chance to run together on the iconic season 3 Kings Canyon and Worlds Edge maps. I wonder which of the 17 Apex Legends will be used the most? Will the patches have an effect on Legend usage?
