The LEC 2021 Summer Split has reached the halfway mark! Although the meta seems to be changing after patch 11.13, the players’ favourite skins seem to be unchanged. We’ve done our research and present to you the top 10 most used skins in the LEC 2021 Summer Split so far.
Super Galactic Rumble
To no surprise, Rumble was picked the most times so far this split. Picked 15 times, the player’s favourite skin of this Yordle champion is Super Galaxy Rumble. Super Galaxy is a series of Parallel Universe skins in League of Legends, featuring champions as Galactic Super Heroes. Rumble is the founder of the Super Galaxy Defense Force, always dreamed of saving the world(s)!
Invictus Gaming Kai’Sa
Second place on the list, being picked 11 times, is IG Kai’Sa! The skin is part of the Invictus Gaming skin line honouring JackeyLove’s winning performance as Kai’Sa during the 2018 World Championship.
Battle Academia Leona
Picked 9 times during this split and reaching third place on the list is Battle Academia Leona. Set in a world where champions go to school that cultivates the next generation of superheroes, Battle Academia Leona is a scholar of the Labrys God-Weapon Academy. Leona’s dark side comes out in combat when her motherly, protective persona is utterly replaced by bloodlust. Created to celebrate the FIFA World Cup, the Soccer Cup skin line sees the champions as either football players, judges, fans or even the soccer ball!

Even if It was pretty far out when Gwen applied to be Lux and Samira’s quartermaster—after all, no one else did. Cheerfully sewing good vibes into great clothes, she amplifies disco energy through her nifty threads. Though she’s new to this whole galactic hero gig, one thing’s for sure: no way Gwen lets her friends liberate the galaxy in less-than-stellar outfits.
K/DA Akali Prestige Edition
Coming in 5th place is K/DA Akali Prestige Edition with her 6 times appereance on the Rift! K/DA made their debut in 2018, the same year the famous pop group released their prestigious outfits! Akali’s street aesthetic and hard-hitting lyrics inspired a dedicated fandom. She wields a microphone or kama as a hip-hop ninja, revolutionizing the stale scene with her raw talents. K/DA Akali is on fire right now! And her prestigious costume is exactly what you’d expect from the new golden child of pop.
Project Lucian
Coming up on the list is Project Lucian! This skin has been chosen 6 times by the LEC midlaners. In fact, the champion has been picked mostly in the mid lane, so it’s only natural for him to choose the skin that best matches one of the other midlaner: Sylas (Project Sylas has been picked just 3 times so far). Set in The City of a Cyberpunk world, the Project Skins features champions as humans augmented by cybernetic enhancements as well as mechanized artificial intelligence. Lucian was a sentinel within the Command-Line. His dual ion-core Lightcaster pistols now serve G/NETIC and the human rebellion, bringing down their technological oppressors with brutal efficiency.
Warrior Kingdom Xin Zhao
Next on our list is Warrior Kingdom Xin Zhao! A very powerful pick for the jungle this split, Xin Zhao shares the Warring Kingdoms theme with other champions such as Azir, Garen, Jarvan IV and Katarina. The skin was picked 5 times so far. Originally released in 2012 in celebration of the Lunar Revel and the first anniversary of the Chinese Server’s launch. This skin is a reference to Zao Yun, whom Luo Guanzhong depicted in Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
Braum, Braum, Braum!
Last but not least is the Heart of Freljord, the one blessed with massive biceps and an even bigger heart: Braum! Everyone loves Braum so much that it’s difficult to choose just one of the many universes he has been placed in! During this LEC Summer Split these Braum’s skins have been picked 4 times each!
- Santa Braum is making that list and checking it twice… But there’s a lot of room for improvement because Braum is so nice!
- Pool Party Braum’s tiki lemonades are a lot like him—tall, sweet, and very popular with poros. Even the Boss is willing to wait his turn to get a glass!
