You can equip it on your Saiga-12, a semi-automatic shotgun that can be really useful in close-range fights.
If semi-automatic shotguns are not your comfort zone, you might also use MP-133 with the 12x70mm AP Slug. This gun might be the second-best 12 gauge shotgun after the Saiga-12 available in the game.
Best 5.56x45mm Ammo (Rifles)

One of the best ammo available for rifles is the 5.56x45mm. The 5.56x45mm ammo with the best performance will be the M995.

In Escape from Tarkov, the 7.62x51mm Ammo offers high penetration and you can use it to break opponents’ armor.
