Genshin Impact: How To Get Electro Cystral?

Updated:

In Genshin Impact, Electro Crystal is a useful material that is needed for Electro DMG-related potions. It’s found primarily in the mountainous areas of the Liyue region. Header Image Credit: Twinfinite

Electro Crystals are described as “power-rich”, drawing the electricity from the air around them to create a charged material that can be very useful in Genshin Impact. Canonically, holding one can make your hand a little numb but don’t let that stop you grabbing these.

Please note, you can’t harvest an Electro Crystal in Genshin Impact just by hitting them. You need to hit the crystal with a Pyro attack in order to create an Overloaded Elemental Reaction. This will then drop the resource for you to collect.

Where to find Electro Crystal in Genshin Impact?

Firstly, in the Mondstadt region, Electro Crystal can be found in a cluster by Cape Oath to the east of the map.

Electro Crytsal is more commonly found spread throughout the mountainous areas of the Liyue region, as seen below.
