A moodlet, or say a powerup, is like a boost that alters a Sim’s emotions and changes their current mood. Sims, on experiencing a pleasant moment, a bad event, or watching mischief happenings, automatically acquire a moodlet.

If the player decorates a house and keeps it clean, his Sim gets a positive moodlet, or seeing a romantic painting gives a flirty moodlet.
How to Make Angry Vlogs in Sims 4
Players can also make angry vlogs. For that, when angry, click on the video recording station option and start recording the desired vlog. However, the nature of the vlog will be determined by Sim’s mood at the end of the recording.
