- Get decent stats in smarts (40+) and health.
- Apply for the hospital/medical specialty that a player desires, such as brain surgeon or family physician.
Smarts can be raised by doing activities such as reading books, going to the library, and studying hard. Another option is rerolling characters until one with high-level smarts pops up. Although, this is not necessary as reading books can boost the stat to 100.
The health stat can be boosted by visiting a doctor every time a character is sick, choosing a healthy diet, and avoiding hazardous activities like drinking and doing drugs.
It is preferable for both stats to be high before graduating high school and beginning college. Although, maintaining high stats throughout a player’s undergraduate studies is also key.
How to get into medical school in BitLife?
To begin with, players will need to choose the right major in university if they are to one day become a doctor: That is biology or psychology. Getting a bachelor’s degree in either of these concentrations will raise a player’s chances of getting a spot in medical school.
If neither biology nor psychology is an option, another good choice is chemistry. If none of these majors are available, players should start the process over until they see one of these options.
In addition, it is crucial for gamers to visit the library every day and study hard all four years of undergraduate school. Another way to raise a player’s chances of medical school acceptance is by paying close attention to the parent’s work field. If they work in the medical field, it could also help a player get into medical school.
When graduation day finally arrives, BitLife players will be required to make another major life decision. Players will be asked if they want to start a job or seek higher education. This is the time to choose education and go for a high-quality job such as becoming a doctor.

If a Medical/Hospital job is not available when applying for jobs, gamers should choose any career related to the field, such as Pharmacist, Psychiatrist, Sr. Psychiatrist, etc. If there are no medical-related jobs in the app, players should simply restart the BitLife app; this will shuffle the job listings. Continuing to shuffle the listings will encourage the right positions to appear.
