In Warzone 2, loadouts are back! You can get your Custom Super-Overpowered Loadout and play with it in a match of Warzone. If you are wondering how to get your loadout in Warzone 2, there are quite a few ways including Buy Stations, Loadout Drops, and Strongholds.
Buy Stations
In Warzone 2, the Buy Station was revamped and now offers for you to buy a custom (or a default) weapon of your choice. Each weapon costs $5000 so get your cash ready.
A Buy Station can be found on your Tac-Map (CapsLock key by default on PC) as a shopping cart icon. There are plenty of them on the map, so take your pick and loot enough cash to buy your weapon.

Important to note that you will be able to buy a primary weapon from any of your existing loadouts. So make sure to customize the weapon before starting a match.
Loadout Drop Public Event
Just like before, Loadout crates will sometimes drop from the skies that you can contest to get your Custom Loadout. The Drops come in late in the game after about half of the squads are eliminated. You will see multiple yellow marks on your map where the drops will be.

Get close to the crate to interact with it, and choose the loadout you want to equip. Remember though, the loadout drop is a one-time use. As soon as you choose a loadout you can’t go back. So choose wisely and make sure everything is prepared.
Strongholds and Black Sites
Another new addition to Warzone is Strongholds and Black Sites. Both are PvE areas that you have to clear to get a custom loadout as one of the rewards.
Strongholds will be marked on your map a few minutes after the start of the game, but there are only a couple of them. And in a match of 150 players, it will be extremely challenging to clear it out. Access to the Black Site is granted after clearing the Stronghold.
So after all, even though it’s possible to do if you know how, it’s definitely not worth it purely to get your Custom Loadout in Warzone 2.
Equipped with your loadout you are armed and ready to deploy. In Al Mazrah there are many things you’ve never seen before. So you better bring the best game you’ve got:
