Nether fortresses are rare structures that you must find if you want to complete Minecraft. If you don’t want to go through the difficult task of building a Nether portal and finding a Nether fortress, you can choose a world seed that will speed things up for you.

Here are five Minecraft world seeds for Minecraft 1.19 Bedrock Edition that will help you get to a Nether fortress as fast as possible. You can also use the Nether Fortress Finder to locate the fortress in your own world.

5. The Underwater Portal

Seed: -150350241

Ruined portal coordinates: 129, 48, 262

This seed is the perfect way to find Nether fortresses for players that want to speed up the process without completely skipping to the end. Spawning into the world will place you in a village with large bodies of water on either side.

Once you’re ready, you can explore the shoreline on the stony half of the village to find a ruined Nether portal under the sea.

Unfortunately, you can’t light portals underwater, so you’ll have to mine the portal’s obsidian using a diamond pickaxe. Once you have, you can reconstruct the portal on land, and light it to enter the Nether.

If you build the portal on the stony land next to the village, it’ll transport you straight to a Nether fortress, letting you get right to work with looting its items and defeating its Blazes.

4. The Seaside Village Portal

Seed: -539223779

Nether portal coordinates: 197, 64, 270

This seed may not have a pre-generated Nether portal for you to step through, but it does have an easy way to construct one, as well as many other resources right next to spawn.

Once you’ve spawned, you’ll first have to find the nearby village along the shoreline. You can find this village by quickly walking over to these coordinates: 183, 86, 118.

After reaching the village, head into each blacksmith building and start emptying the chests inside. Once they’re empty, you’ll have all the obsidian you need to build a Nether portal, as well as some gold ingots and a set of iron armor.

Take your materials and build a Nether portal on the edge of town, at the Nether portal coordinates listed above. Be sure to build the bottom layer of the portal level in the ground to make sure you appear in the right spot in the Nether.

If you’ve constructed the portal in the right place, you’ll emerge on the other side already inside a Nether fortress full of mobs for you to farm.

3. The Ancient City Portal

Seed: -183412789913619791

Ruined portal coordinates: 194, -46, 657

This seed will not only take you quickly to a Nether fortress but will also give you access to an ancient city, one of the new structures introduced with Minecraft update 1.19.

Before you head to the ruined portal’s coordinates, stop off at the village next to your spawn point, and raid the blacksmith’s chests for obsidian and a flint and steel. After you’ve collected five blocks of obsidian and a flint and steel, you can start traveling to the ruined portal coordinates.

Once you’re close, you’ll find the ancient city that houses the portal you’re after. Within this structure, there’ll be many ruined portals. Make sure you find the correct portal to ensure you find the Nether fortress.

Once you’ve found the right portal, you’ll need to repair it. Since you picked up five blocks of obsidian earlier, you won’t need to build a diamond pickaxe to find more obsidian, saving you a ton of time.

Build the portal and light it, then head through it to find the fortress as soon as you enter the Nether.

2. Spawning Next to a Ruined Portal

Seed: 199655088

Ruined portal coordinates: At spawn

This seed is by far the fastest way to reach a Nether fortress for any playing on Minecraft. As soon as you spawn into the world, you’ll see a ruined Nether portal in front of you.

To activate it, you’ll just need to gather some diamonds and make a diamond pickaxe, then mine the corner blocks of obsidian with it and place the blocks on the missing parts of the portal’s walls.

Simply light the now finished Nether portal to activate it, and walk through. You will spawn in a cave from which you will have to dig a bit towards the -276, 114, where you will find the Nether fortress.

1. The Fastest Nether Fortress Seed

Seed: 44647503765050661

Ruined portal coordinates: 158, 99, 875

This seed not only spawns you close to a ruined portal but also gives you easy access to obsidian, as well as a set of gold armor and a sword. The ruined portal next to the spawn will transport you to a place close to a Blaze spawner.

As soon as you spawn, you’ll see the portal ahead of you, partway up the mountain. Before you head there, though, loot the chests in the blacksmith buildings in the village. Once you’ve got some obsidian and a flint and steel from the chests, head up to the ruined portal.

Rebuild the portal using the obsidian, then open the nearby chest. Take all of the valuable gold gear and equip it to get ready for your fight in the Nether, then take the flint and steel.

Light the portal using the flint and steel, and head through to the Nether. Once inside the Nether, head to -75, 78, 40. Here you’ll find a small fortress structure with a Blaze spawner.
