In every level of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Remastered there are a lot of Gaps, which can be used to add points to combos as well as being needed to complete certain challenges. Here is a guide for every Gap found in the Chopper Drop level:
| 1 Potato | Go down into the half pipe. Above the pipe on the other side are three small rungs. Grind the lowest one |
| 2 Potato | Go down into the half pipe. Above the pipe on the other side are three small rungs. Grind the middle one |
| 3 Potato | Go down into the half pipe. Above the pipe on the other side are three small rungs. Grind the highest one |
| 70 ft | Travel 70 feet when launching across to the finish line |
| 80 ft | Travel 80 feet when launching across to the finish line |
| 90 ft | Travel 90 feet when launching across to the finish line |
| Heli Grind | Ollie up from the half pipe and grind the helicopter |
| Into The Heli | Ollie up from the half pipe and inside the helicopter |
| Rail Hop | Go down into the half pipe and go to the right-hand side. Grind the lip of the half pipe, helicopter side, jumping over the rollin ramp |
| Whoomah | Perform a lip trick on the helicopter |
