Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Remastered is here, bringing back all of the 90’s nostalgia in glorious HD. The first 2 games have been accurately recreated, and it is one of the most fun gaming experiences of 2020. If you missed it, be sure to read our review of Tony Hawk’s 1 + 2 Remastered here.
In every level of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Remastered there are a lot of Gaps, which can be used to add points to combos as well as being needed to complete certain challenges. Here is a guide for every Gap found in the School II level:
| 2 Da Roof!!! | Get onto the library roof using the planter just before it |
| 2 Wheelin’ TC’s Roof | Manual on one of the small buildings in the lower courtyard, ollie across and do another manual |
| 3 Points!!! | Transfer over the basketball hoop in the gym using the quarter pipes |
| Arch Extension | From the start, go left towards the white building with the quarter pipe against it. Perform a lip trick atop the arch |
| Awning Hop | In the library courtyard, there’s a small ramp that leads up to an awning. Use it to ollie on top of the awning |
| Backboard Dance! | In the basketball court in the gym, use the kicker ramp to grind the backboard of the hoop |
| Balcony 2 Awning!!! | From the start, head to the left and jump over the rail to a narrow ledge. Use the ramp at the end to ollie onto the awning |
| Bank 2 Ledge | In the low courtyard outside the gym, ollie over the red and white barriers and grind the ledge against the wall |
| Bendy’s Curb | Grind the curved edge of the platform with the dumpster on it |
| Big Rancho Bench Gap | Under the large awning by the library are some low ledges with gaps between. Grind all of them, jumping to make the larger gap |
| Carlsbad 11 Set | Get into the Carlsbad area (via the library roof). Ahead should be a set of steps — ollie down them |
| Carlsbad Gap | While in the Carlsbad area, ollie over the grassy bank next to the steps |
| Crazy Roof Gap!! | From the starting position, wallride on the right and grind to get onto the roof. Then go forward and jump through the glass onto the next roof. Then, use the slope ahead to jump over the box and onto a grind rail. Then ollie over to the next roof |
| And Down The Bank! | Get to the Carlsbad area (via the library roof). Down and to the left is a ramp that leads over a wall. You will need to clear the wall, but also the sloped bank as well |
| Drop Out Roof Gap! | From the starting position, wallride on the right and grind to get onto the roof. Then go forward and jump through the glass onto the next roof |
| Flyin’ The Flag! | Get up onto the library roof using the planter. Jump over to the next roof and grind one of the flagpoles |
| Gym Rail 2 Rail | Grind both rails in front of the gym in one combo |
| High Dive Extension!!! | In the gym’s pool, perform a lip trick on the highest diving board |
| Huge Transfer!!! | In the lowest part of the level, there are two quarter pipes far apart against a wall. You need to transfer from one to the other |
| Kicker 2 Hook | Get into the Carlsbad area (via library roof). Go to the right to find a quarter pipe. There’s a short kicker ramp opposite. Build up speed with the quarter pipe, then use the kicker to launch over to a grind rail |
| Leap Of Faith!!! | Jump down to where the tables are from the starting area |
| Ledge On Edge | Next to the red and white barriers is a narrow ledge. Manual across it |
| Lil’ Guppy Extension! | In the gym’s pool, perform a lip trick on the lowest diving board |
| Mad Skeelz Roof Gap!!! | Jump from library roof to the roof with the flagpoles |
| Mid Squid Extension!! | In the gym’s pool, perform a lip trick on the middle diving board |
| Roll Call! Nightmare Rail! | From start position, grind the rail down the stairs all the way |
| Roll Call! Opunsezmee Rail! | Grind the rail leading down from the library |
| Overhang Air | Use the slope outside the gym to ollie over the overhang |
| Overhang Stomp! | Grind one of the rails outside the gym entrance, then ollie up and grind the overhang |
| Over The Wall… | Get to the Carlsbad area (via the library roof). Down and to the left is a ramp that leads over a wall. Clear the wall for this gap |
| Planter On Edge | From starting position, just ollie onto the ledge ahead with the planter in the middle and perform a manual all the way along |
| Pole 2 Brix! | Same as ‘Pole Stomp!’, but after grinding the pole, ollie up and grind the ledge ahead |
| Pole Stomp! | In the low courtyard there’s a curved ledge with a dumpster on it. Nearby is a basketball hoop. Bump into it to knock it over. Grind the curved ledge towards the pole, ollie over and grind the pole |
| Rack ‘Em Up | Near the lowest part of the level is a raised part with two barriers. Grind one, then ollie and grind the other |
| Rock The Bells | Wallride over any of the bells |
| Roll Call! Gonz Rail | In the lower courtyard is a stairway with a kicker ramp next to it. Use the ramp and grind the rail |
| Stage Rail 2 Rail | Outside the library in the courtyard, there are rails on the raised area. Grind one, ollie the gap, and grind the next rail |
| Starting Blocks Extension!!! | In the pool in the gym, perform a lip trick on the starting blocks |
| Suicidal Roof Gap!!! | Follow the steps for ‘Crazy Roof Gap!!’. Go along this roof until you see one of the small buildings to the left. Ollie over to it |
| Table Transfer | Jump from one of the angled tables to the other |
| TC’s Roof Gap | Use a kicker ramp to get onto one of the small buildings in the lower courtyard, then jump to the next |
| Bendy’s Flat | Perform a manual on the curved ledge with the dumpster on it |
