Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Remastered is here, bringing back all of the 90’s nostalgia in glorious HD. The first 2 games have been accurately recreated, and it is one of the most fun gaming experiences of 2020. If you missed it, be sure to read our review of Tony Hawk’s 1 + 2 Remastered here.
In every level of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Remastered there are a lot of Gaps, which can be used to add points to combos as well as being needed to complete certain challenges. Here is a guide for every Gap found in the Skate Heaven:
Airs Hole | Go down to the wooden half pipes by the house. In the larger one, you’ll see a gap in one of the corners. Air over this from the taller side to the shorter side |
Big Fat Portal Gap | From inside the hall, jump far out at the bottom of the steps |
Blowin It Out The Hole! | Get to the secret area via the volcano. In the main half pipe, ollie over from one side to the other |
Cleaning The Pipes | To the right of the start is a long twisty half pipe. It ends in a full pipe. Do a loop-de-loop inside |
Clearing The Swings | Go down to the basketball court area. Come out of the entrance and use the bank straight ahead to ollie and clear the swing rail below |
Down 2 Tonys Island | From the start, go through the first half pipe, then stick to the left and go around the pool. Ollie off the end and down to the lower level |
Dropping In On Tony | From the start, go through the first half pipe, then stick to the left and go around the pool. Ollie off the end and into the wooden half pipe |
Feed Me!!! | Ollie into the volcano while it’s erupting. Do a boneless into it from the platform with the angled pink neon rail |
Portal Gap | From inside the hall, jump out at the bottom of the steps |
Gutter 2 San Dieguito Roof | Get onto the house roof and grind the blue rail as if activating the volcano. Jump off before the left bend in the rail and land on the hall roof |
The Holy Crail | At the secret area, air over the rollin ramp in the half pipe |
House of Tony 2 Sadlands | Get onto the roof of the house. Ollie down from the roof to the lower grassy area |
Isle of Tony 2 Sadlands | Between Tony’s house and the hall, ollie down to the lower area |
Jumpin Da Hub | In the lower part of the map, you’ll find a basketball court with a hump in the middle. Transfer from one side to the other |
Northeast Snake Gap | A winding stone path in the low part of the map can be ramped over in several spots where it meets the ground. Transfer over the northeast part |
Northwest Snake Gap | A winding stone path in the low part of the map can be ramped over in several spots where it meets the ground. Transfer over the northwest part |
Over the Dome | Use the banks surrounding the neon dome to ollie over it |
Platform Gap | Get on top of the larger wooden half pipe. Ollie across the gap in the corner to the other part of the half pipe |
Reverse Wussy Snake Gap | In the twisty half pipe near the start, jump across the wider part of the third curve heading up |
Reverse Zag Gap | In the twisty half pipe near the start, jump across the wider part of the second curve heading up |
Reverse Zig Gap | In the twisty half pipe near the start, jump across the wider part of the first curve heading up |
Sadlands 2 San Dieguito Hall | Jump from the grassy bank up into the hall |
Sadlands Path Gap | Get to the swing-like arched railings. From there, head into the stone path to their right. Ahead should be a path leading up with a pink rail on the side. You need to air over this path using the banks either side |
Sadlands Up 2 Isle of Tony | Jump up the grassy bank to the gap between Tony’s house and the hall |
San Dieguito Hall 2 Sadlands | Next to Tony’s house is a weird portal hallway. Ollie down from here to the lower area |
San Dieguito Ten Set | In the weird portal hallway, ollie down the steps |
San Dieguito Window 2 Sadlands | Jump through the window in the hall down to the lower area |
Tight Landing | There’s a small ramp with a sign next to it near the hall. Ollie off the ramp to a small platform |
Tunnel Of Luvin | In the secret area, open up the tunnel by doing the ‘Blowin It Out The Hole!’ gap. Then, just skate through the tunnel |
Up 2 Combi | From the smaller wooden half pipe, ollie back up to the starting area |
Weak Sauce Wussy Snake Gap | In the twisty half pipe near the start, jump across the smaller part of the third curve heading down |
Weak Sauce Zag Gap | In the twisty half pipe near the start, jump across the narrow part of the second curve heading down |
Weak Sauce Zig Gap | In the twisty half pipe near the start, jump across the narrow part of the first curve heading down |
Woohoo Oh Ho Yeehee!!! | Build up some speed on the wooden half pipes near the two buildings. Then, wallride the wall of the hall with the small platform at the end, wallie off, and land on that small platform |
Wussy Snake Gap | In the twisty half pipe near the start, jump across the wider part of the third curve heading down |
Zag Gap | In the twisty half pipe near the start, jump across the wider part of the first curve heading down |
Zig Gap | In the twisty half pipe near the start, jump across the wider part of the first curve heading down |
90 Degree Ramp Rail Gap | In the half pipe by Tony’s house, grind the taller pipe, then ollie and grind the lower pipe across the small gap |
90 Degree Sadlands Rail Gap | Come out of the hall into the grassy area. Follow the dirt path and you’ll come to an entrance to the stone path near a bench. Go inside. Turn around, grind the right-hand wall, then ollie off and grind the left-hand side |
Bench Gap | Where you jump down from between Tony’s house and the hall, there are two benches on the right. Grind both in one combo |
Bench Gap Series | At the bottom of the map is a row of benches. Grind one, jump and grind another |
Chen Rail Series | In the secret area, grind the lip of the half pipe that has the rollin ramp. Ollie over the ramp and grind the other side |
Fence 2 Radramp | Behind starting position is a tall half pipe. Go inside, turn around. Grind the top of the left side, ollie off the end and grind the left-hand lip of the lower half pipe |
Gutter 2 San Dieguito Roof | Grind the blue rail along the house roof, ollie off and land on the hall roof |
Kicker 2 Railspan | To the left of the hall where you can jump to the volcano, there’s a kicker ramp. Off to the side is a pink rail. You need to air over the kicker ramp and grind the pink rail |
Longrail | Get on the larger half pipe and grind the rail. Jump to the blue rail and grind it all the way, then grind the half pipe below |
Mid Intersect Sad Gap | In the winding stone path, there’s a four-way intersection. Grind one side of one of the gaps, then ollie over and grind the other side |
Northern Crossover Sad Gap | Get to four-way intersection in stone path. Skate away from the hall a little way. Turn around, grind the right-hand wall, ollie over to the left wall before the entrance and grind it |
Northern Intersect Sad Gap | From the four-way intersection of the stone path, head away from the hall. You’ll pass an opening on the right. Turn around, grind the left wall, ollie over the gap, and grind the next wall |
Northern Swingrail | In the lowest part of the map are two arched neon blue rails. Grind the northernmost one |
Off The Roof 2 Rail | Get on the house roof. Jump down to the left and grind the blue rail |
Radramp 2 Islands Edge | Grind the right-hand side of the half pipe you start in, then ollie down and grind the pink edge of the map |
Radramp 2 Snakerun | In the half pipe your start in, grind the right-hand lip, drop down and grind the two bleachers, then grind the lip of the winding half pipe |
Rail 2 Kicker 2 Rail 2 Bench | Go into the area where you can jump to the volcano. There’s a blue rail leading to a kicker ramp. You need to grind the blue rail, air off the kicker, grind the pink rail, then grind the bench |
Rail 2 Snakerun | From the wooden half pipes, turn to face the full pipe. There’s a ramp on the right side that leads to a blue rail. Grind it, then ollie down and grind the lip of the snaking half pipe |
Ramp 2 Rail | Get on top of the larger wooden half pipe. Along its side is a bunch of signs you can grind. Grind towards the snaking pipe, ollie off the end, and grind the blue rail |
Ramp Rail Gap | In the larger wooden half pipe, there’s a gap on one side. Grind the lip of the half pipe, ollie over the gap, then grind the other side |
Rimrail Gap | There are pink rails either side of the basketball court. Grind one, then ollie and grind the other |
San Dieguito Hall 2 Edge | Ollie down from the hall and grind the edge of the map |
San Dieguito Roof 2 Edge | Get onto the roof of the hall, then jump off and grind the neon blue rail that lines the low part of the map |
Southern Crossover Sad Gap | Enter the stone pathway via the entrance nearest the hall. Go down a bit and turn around. Grind the right-hand wall, then ollie over to the left-hand wall leading to the entrance and grind it |
Southern Intersect Sad Gap | From the four-way intersection in the stone path, face towards the hall. Grind the right-hand wall, and where there’s a kink that leads you left, ollie off and grind the opposite wall |
Southern Swingrail | In the lowest part of the map are two arched neon blue rails. Grind the southernmost one |
Swinging The Set | Where you do the ‘Clearing The Swings’ gap, jump and grind the rail instead |
Time 2 Feed The Volcano!!! | Get up top of Tony’s house’s roof. Grind the neon blue rail up to the next roof |
Isle of Tony 2 Edge | Ollie down from outside the hall and grind the edge of the map |
Top Of Da World Ma!!! | Grind over the top of the spherical neon rails |
Up 2 Pipe Rail | Go into the winding half pipe. On the side of the full pipe is a blue rail. Ollie out of the half pipe and grind the blue rail |
