Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Remastered is here, bringing back all of the 90’s nostalgia in glorious HD. The first 2 games have been accurately recreated, and it is one of the most fun gaming experiences of 2020. If you missed it, be sure to read our review of Tony Hawk’s 1 + 2 Remastered here.
In every level of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Remastered there are a lot of Gaps, which can be used to add points to combos as well as being needed to complete certain challenges. Here is a guide for every Gap found in the Skatestreet level:
| Big Air Railing Grind | Turn left at the starting point and go under the bridge. Use the quarter pipe for speed, then air up with the kicker ramp and grind a rail at the top |
| Bowl Envy | Perform a lip trick on the Birdhouse sign in the pool |
| Bowl Lip | Perform a lip trick in the pool next to the large half pipe |
| Bowl To HP | Turn around at the start position and go into the pool on the left. Transfer over to the half pipe on the right |
| Bullet Bowl Hop | Go down the starting slope, right-hand U-turn, then use the ramp to ollie into the pool |
| Circle The Pool | Grind the entire rim of the pool |
| Cut The Corner | Go to the right from starting point. There’s a large deck with ‘Element’ on the side. Go to the right-hand side, and use the higher ramp to ollie over to the outer edge |
| Daaaaay Tripper | In the Van secret area, ollie over the camper van |
| Extension Transfer | Go into the pool next to the large half pipe. Grind the top of the Birdhouse sign, then drop down and grind the rim of the pool |
| Funbox Wheelie | Perform a manual up and over the hexagonal funbox in the middle of the stage |
| Gimme Gap Redux | Go to the small half pipe to the left. Air out of the pipe not against the wall |
| Gully Lip | Perform a lip trick in the low half pipe to the left of the pool |
| Havin A Picnic | Out in the Van secret area are two benches angled towards each other. Grind one, then the other |
| Hexbox Gap | Ollie from one side of the hexagonal funbox to the other |
| High Jumper | At the large half pipe, use the small ramp in front of it to air over the curved rail |
| High Sticker | Turn right from the start and head to the corner with a low half pipe. Ollie up the pipe against the wall as high as you can |
| HP Lip | Perform a lip trick in the large half pipe |
| HP To Bowl | Get into the large half pipe behind starting position. Transfer over to the bowl on the left |
| HP To Railbox | Go into the large half pipe. You need to build up some speed, then ollie out of the half pipe to the left, towards the low deck with the yellow rail in the middle, and grind the ledge |
| Nail The Rail | Get into the pool next to the large half pipe. Transfer over, but grind the lip of the half pipe |
| No Kidding Around | Go into the big half pipe. Use it to ollie over to the elevated area with the tables |
| Over The Bridge | From the start, turn to the left and go under the brick steps. Go under the bridge. Use the quarter pipe to build speed, then use the kicker ramp to ollie right over the bridge |
| Over The Deck | To the left of the starting point is a wide deck with steps in the middle. Go to the left, use the shallow ramp to hop over the steps |
| Over The Wall | Transfer over the low brick wall between two quarter pipes |
| Railing Hop | Get onto the huge quarter pipe. Jump over the small railing on the left |
| Rail Secret Area Key | Go to the huge vert ramp ahead from the start position. Get up and grind the top of it to the left, then ollie off and grind the hanging rail |
| Rail To Rail | From the start, turn right to find a black rail with a low wall alongside it. Grind one, then ollie over and grind the other |
| Ride The Wave | Perform a lip trick at the highest point of the huge quarter pipe |
| Shoot The Gap | In the Rail secret area, there are two quarter pipes against a wall at the back. Transfer from one to the other |
| Skatin On The Dock Of The Bay | In the Van secret area, turn to the right to find a long quarter pipe down a shallow slope. Grind all along the top of this quarter pipe |
| Sodee Pop Gap | Get to the area with the tables and the vending machine. Wallride the wall with the vending machine all the way back over to the half pipe |
| Stairset | Get up to the elevated area with the shop. Ollie down the set of stairs next to the shop |
| Surfin U.S.A. | Grind the top of the huge quarter pipe to the right, ollie off, then grind the yellow rail |
| Van Secret Area Key | At the start position, turn around immediately. Behind you is a curved yellow rail, grind it all the way along |
| Wave Wall Minigap | Grind the top of the huge quarter pipe to the left, ollie off, then grind the hanging rail |
| Mr. Small Lips | Turn left from the start to find a low, wide half pipe. Perform a lip trick here |
| Over The HP | Get up to the elevated area with the tables. Approach the large half pipe along the back wall and wallride right over the half pipe |
| Funbox Slap | Out in the Rail secret area, ollie from one side of the funbox in the middle to the other side |
| Over The Barrier | Out in the Rail secret area, go to the right. Use the right-hand quarter pipe to get up and over the right-hand skinny wall |
