Lost Ark: How to Change Hair

There are few things more important in an MMORPG than character customization. Creating your character just how you want it adds another layer to immersion that few other genres can replicate. While its character editing tool is somewhat limited, Lost Ark still has many traits that players can customize. Here’s how to change your hair in Lost Ark.

How to Change Hair in Lost Ark

At the moment, there are two ways to change the hairstyle of your character in Lost Ark. The first one, as most players already know, is presented to you when creating your character for the first time. Depending on your class or race you have a multitude of hairstyles to choose from to fit the style of your character.

However, most players get bored of only one haircut and want to change it after some time. Unfortunately, the only way to change your hairstyle AFTER character creation is by spending money on an Appearance Customization Ticket. Unlike the other parts of your character like clothing, your hairstyle does not change with skins.

If you are willing to spend money on changing your hairstyle in Lost Ark, here’s how to do it:

  • In the character selection screen, choose the Reskin option from the bottom of the screen
  • When the prompt telling you about the Appearance Customization Ticket appears, press OK
  • Make any changes you want to your character and then press “Buy Change Ticket”
  • If you do not have 800 Royal Crystals to buy the ticket, you will be redirected to the crystal shop
  • Purchase the ticket and your changes will apply

You can purchase the 1.000 Royal Crystals option for 9.99 USD, and it will be more than enough for you to buy the ticket.

Please keep in mind that any changes you make without buying the ticket will not be saved upon exiting the character editing screen. To change your hair again, you will have to buy another Appearance Customization Ticket. Once you use one, it’s gone for good.

Whether you’re a solo player or you only play with your friends, your appearance is key to immersing yourself in the world and your character. As that’s what RPG games are all about: give you the feeling that it’s you in that world, grinding for lots of materials and resources:
