The Too Many Toddlers scenario is one of the currently available scenarios for The Sims 4 fans. This scenario challenges players to care for three or more toddlers at once. Players can use an existing household or create a new household, with at least one young adult aged sim and toddlers.

The Too Many Toddlers scenario has one goal players will need to achieve to successfully complete the challenge, unlike other scenarios in The Sims 4. The goal is to have three toddlers reach level three in four skills, before their birthday.
An important detail to note before starting the Too Many Toddlers scenario is to check the gameplay settings for the save file that will be used. Players can choose how long average lifespans are for sims by choosing short, normal, or long. The toddler stage is one of the shorter life stages, however, this can be increased by choosing the long lifespan option. The number of days in a toddler’s lifespan is:
- Short: 4 days
- Normal: 7 days
- Long: 32 days
How to Help Toddlers Build Skills
There are a variety of ways to help toddlers build skills, across the base game and expansion packs. The Wabbit Tablet, which can be purchased in build mode, is one of the most useful skill-building tools for toddlers. The tablet has several “channels” that focus on the four core skills (communication, movement, imagination, and thinking) while keeping the toddlers’ fun need up. Having a guardian sim potty train a toddler will also help them gain the potty skill faster.
One of the easiest skills to gain during the Too Many Toddlers scenario is the movement skill since any time they walk from one area to another this skill increases. Another way to increase this skill is by stacking blocks. The toy blocks have an option to practice spelling words, which increases their thinking skill.
Adult sims can help toddlers increase their skills, by teaching them with flashcards. Flashcards help with communication and thinking skills. Having toddlers babble to any of the large stuffed animal toys will help them build their communication skills and will keep their attention need full.
Toddlers in The Sims 4 are naturally curious and will often play in the trash and shelves, and make messes. While this may not be ideal for players who want to make their houses as orderly as possible, these actions increase their imagination skills.
A less destructive way to boost this skill is by letting toddlers play with plenty of toys. Having adult sims read books to toddlers increases their imagination skills.
Completing the Too Many Toddlers Scenario
Once players complete all three tasks a pop-up appears with the recorded completion time for the scenario. Upon completing the Too Many Toddlers scenario all sims in the household will receive 5,000 satisfaction points. While toddlers are unable to access the reward store, the satisfaction points will be usable once they age up into children.
