Trader Locations in 7 Days to Die

Published:
Trader zones may appear differently in 7 Days to Die.

What’s the most important mechanic in 7 Days to Die‘s multi-genre gameplay? It’s not shooting, building, or surviving. The answer is always the money and you should know where to trade when you need it. So here are all the trader locations in 7 Days to Die.

The functions of the traders in this game are pretty much the same as in all RPGs. They’re shopping points where you can buy and sell hundreds of items with Duke’s Casino Tokens, the in-game currency.

How Traders Work in 7 Days to Die

Traders’ buildings cannot be destroyed by zombies, no matter what level they’re at. So if you’re inside, you’re safe. But don’t think of it as a shelter for the night – because the traders are open between 06:05 and 21:50. Once that time period passes, you’ll be automatically kicked out, even if you’re in the building.

7 Days of Die traders will give you two different offers. The first one is more normal products, while the second one is called “Secret Stash”. Here you can expect to find more valuable stuff, as they have their products from their secret warehouses. Click on the “Secret Stash” tab in the item list to see these items.

The last basic thing you need to know about traders is that all transactions are done with Dukes. You spend your pocket money when you buy from a trader and you earn Dukes when you sell items.

“Just give the coordinates, what is taking you so long?” If you think that, you need to understand the map system of 7 Days to Die. Because you can start the game on two different (actually infinite) maps.

One is the city of Navezgane, which is created by the developers and changed with each new update, and the other is the Random World Generator, which contains an infinite number of random seeds just like in Minecraft.

There are six different biomes in Navezgane, namely Burnt Forest, Desert, Forest, Plains, Snowy Forest, and Wasteland. You can find a trader named Trader Joel’s in all biomes except the Wasteland. Although their locations are constantly changing, they’re mostly located outside the cities.

If you’re on a map created with the Random World Generator, your journey may be a little easier. Because you can find a trader on the outskirts of all cities and towns except the Abandoned Old West towns.
